Sunday: Copenhagen - Jönköping (330 km)
Depart in the morning for a sightseeing tour of Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Copenhagen, the capital of the fairytale kingdom of Denmark, evokes childhood memories; the mermaid statue on the seafront, based on Hans Christian Andersen's fairytale ‘The Daughter of the Sea’, has become an almost iconic symbol of Denmark, especially after the Shanghai World Expo in 2010. The royal guards in front of the royal palace in Ammeringborg are also the protagonists of Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale, and if you're lucky you can see the ceremonial show at the changing of the guard! In the city's pedestrianised streets, there is a statue of Hans Christian Andersen, the Town Hall Square, the New Quay and so on. After lunch we will start our journey towards Stockholm, the Venice of the North.
Accommodation: Jönköping or neighbouring city
Monday: Jönköping - Stockholm (320 km)
Departure for Stockholm in the morning. Stockholm is the capital of Sweden and is situated on Lake Männern, with a mixture of old and new towns. The old city is full of relics, while the new city is clean and tidy, with lush green parks and shops, making it the most beautified city in Northern Europe. After lunch, we will start the city tour of Stockholm: the noble and gorgeous City Hall, its ‘Blue Room’ is the place where the annual Nobel Prize ceremony is held to celebrate. The highlight is the magnificent Golden Hall, built with 19 million gold-plated mosaics. Afterwards, we will visit the Old Parliament Building, the remains of the 17th century war ship Warsaw, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral and much more.
Accommodation: Stockholm or neighbouring cities
Tuesday: Stockholm - Lillehammer (610 km)
Depart in the morning for Lillehammer, the city of just over 23,000 people on the shore of Norway's largest lake, Mjøsa, which hosted the 1994 Winter Olympics. Enjoy the natural beauty of the city on the way and arrive at your accommodation for the night in the evening. Please note that the tour does not include a visit to the city of Lillehammer.

Wednesday: Lillehammer - Briksdal Glacier - Sundal (500 km)

This glacier giant covers an area of 486 square metres and is 400 metres deep at its deepest point, with its highest point being 1,950 metres above sea level. After arriving at Jostedal Glacier National Park, you will be transferred to a motorised tour bus to enjoy the lush green valleys, wildflowers, clear streams, raging rivers and cascading waterfalls along the way, and you will arrive at the end of the bus in about half an hour. Get off the bus and walk for about 10 minutes to see the 346-metre-high Brixdal Glacier up close. In the afternoon, depart for the south towards Gudvangen.

Thursday: Sundal - Stegstein Fjord + Eyjuland Fjord - Sundaljord Boat River - Flåm (150 km)
Starting in the morning at the pier of the Gudvangen, we will take a ferry to the other side. Drive to Flåm, where the tour leader arranges for guests to explore the Flåm Railway, one of the most beautiful railway lines in the world. This exciting stretch of railway attracts travellers from all over the world, with beautiful fjords, waterfalls and valleys as far as the eye can see, before driving to the “optional group activity” Stegstein Lookout, which juts out from the road and hangs in the air, offering great views of the Ajurland Fjord from a high vantage point. Ajurland Fjord is the most pristine and spectacular branch of the Sonnenfjord, the ‘King of Fjords’. The peaks, jungles, waterfalls, clouds, mountains, water, snow and ice blend together to form a magnificent landscape (depending on the weather conditions). After the tour, we will return to Flåm to have lunch. In the afternoon, the tour leader will lead you to take a sightseeing boat into the Sonnenfjord to experience nature's ingenious workmanship. Sonnenfjord is the longest and deepest fjord in the world, with unparalleled wonders. After two hours on the boat, you will return to the hotel for dinner.
